THE KING’S HOUSE STATEMENT OF FAITH

WHAT WE BELIEVE

1. THE GODHEAD

We believe in the one true God, who has graciously revealed Himself to us as the eternally, indivisible, Self-existent One. He is God the Father—Who reigns in the affairs of men, walked the earth through Jesus Christ the Son, and presently lives and empowers the Believer through the Holy Spirit—who is our Comforter.

[1 Cor. 8:6; John 1:1-3; John 14:16-18; Matt. 28:19.]

2. THE INTEGRITY OF THE WORD

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word, Counsel and Revelation of God to mankind. It is the infallible rule of Faith and Conduct, and should be the umpire in all matters pertaining to life as we know it and to eternity as we shall experience it.

[2 Tim. 3:15-17; Psalm 119:89; Col. 3:16; Prov. 4:20-22; 1 Pet. 1:24-25.]

3. THE SALVATION OF MAN

We believe that mankind can be saved from the power of sin and eternal damnation by the grace of God and through Faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. To this end, Salvation is a gift and can’t be attained by the works of men.

[Eph. 2:8-10; Rom. 5:8-11; Rom. 6:13-14.]

4. THE INDISPENSABLE HOLY SPIRIT

We believe in the Help, Comfort and Baptism of the Holy Spirit- as God’s means of empowering and equipping us for the work He has called us to do. Certain gifts and abilities are bestowed on us as a result of this precious experience and we are to eagerly use them to accomplish His will and our mission on this side of heaven.

[John 14:16-18, 26; 16:13-14; 1 Cor. 12:1-31; 1 Cor. 14:1-40.]

5. THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH

We believe that the Church on earth is the Body of Christ and the habitation of God. We exist to fulfil the Great Commission, to subdue the advancement of Satan’s kingdom and to manifest the multidimensional Wisdom of God in the earth. We will be presented blameless and without spot or blemish to God, when Jesus returns to take us Home.

[Matt. 28: 18-20; James 4:7; Mark 16:15-18; Eph. 3:10-11.]

6. DIVINE HEALING & HEALTH

We believe that Divine Healing is a part of our Covenant Blessings. God wants us healthy, fit and well – in spirit, soul & body – and He wants us to bring His healing power to others.

[Isaiah 53:3-7; 3 John 2; 1 Pet. 2:24.]

7. DIVINE PROSPERITY

We believe that the Father’s will is for His children to be whole, prosperous and successful in every area of life. But the main purpose for the believer’s prosperity must be the advancement of God’s Kingdom and to be a blessing to others. We believe that if a Christian has the above goals as his priority, he cannot but be prosperous in all its tangible ramifications.

[Jos. 1:8; Psa. 1:1-3; 3 John 2; Phil. 4:19; Deut. 8:18; Psa. 34:10; 2 Cor. 8:9.]

8. FINAL EVENTS

We believe in the literal return of Jesus Christ for His Church- in the same manner as He departed. We believe in a final judgement in which the dead would be raised and judged according to their works. In keeping with His promises, we look forward to the saint’s reward, and to a new heaven and a new earth.

[Acts 1:11; Heb. 9:27; 1 Thess. 4:13-18; Matt. 25:31-46; 2 Pet. 3:13.]

THE WORD OF THE LIVING GOD

THE WORD OF THE LIVING GOD

WHAT TO DO TO BECOME A CHRISTIAN

I. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SINFUL CONDITION

All of us start out as sinners because we live like we created and own ourselves. We ignore God's commandments and do what we like. So the first step is to acknowledge our wrong.

1 John 1:8-9…If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Romans 3:23… For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.

II. BELIEVE THAT CHRIST DIED FOR YOU ON THE CROSS

The second step is to believe that God loved us enough to send His Son to take the punishment of our sins. He did that when He went to the Cross.

John 3:16… For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 5:8... But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

III. REPENT OF YOUR SINS

Tell God that you are sorry for disobeying Him in the past and make up your mind to turn away from anything that does not please Him - going forward.

Acts 3:19… Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,

Isaiah 55:7… Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, and He will have mercy on him; and to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

IV. RECEIVE CHRIST AS YOUR SAVIOUR & CONFESS HIM AS YOUR LORD

Just say: Lord Jesus, Thank you for dying for my sins on the Cross. I receive you into my heart, and confess that you are my Lord and Saviour. Thank you for saving me and making me your son / daughter today.

John 1:12… But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:

Rev. 3:20… Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

1 John 5:12-13… He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.

Romans 10:9-10… If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Mark 8:34-38… "Whoever desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake and the gospel's will save it. For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him the Son of Man also will be ashamed when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."

*Find a life giving Church you can attend, and tell the leaders there that you have just given your life to Christ. You'll never be the same!!!

Congratulations! Let us know if you made a decision to live for Jesus Christ today.
